Nehcole Felix is an experienced operations and customer success manager with a proven track record in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Escalon Services, Inc. since March 2022, Nehcole specializes in project management and continuous improvement initiatives. In addition to this role, Nehcole is a Board Member at LUK, Inc., a non-profit organization, and the founder of Felix Consulting Co., which focuses on empowering small and micro businesses. Previous positions include customer success roles at InsightSquared and Rapid7, as well as account management at Google, Fiksu, and eXelate.
