Roshni Chengappa currently serves in Customer Success at Escalate, having transitioned to this role in November 2023. Prior to this position, Roshni was with 60 Decibels as Senior Manager of Business Development, focusing on impact measurement through a Lean Data approach. Roshni's extensive experience at Generation includes roles such as Interim Chief Growth and Impact Officer, where responsibilities included scaling training initiatives, managing multiple departments, and exceeding recruitment and employment targets. Previous positions also encompass consulting roles with organizations like Golden Square Global Advisors and Invoyent, as well as analytical positions at PwC and the World Health Organization. Roshni holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and completed a post-baccalaureate program at the University of Pennsylvania.
