Joshua Essary is an accomplished professional in the field of educational technology and training, currently serving as the Internal Training Coordinator at Education Service Center Region 12 since August 2017. In this role, Joshua engages employees in impactful professional learning initiatives, collaborates with stakeholders to design training programs, and manages learning management systems and digital innovation strategies. Previously, Joshua held the position of Instructional Technology Facilitator and Program Manager at Belton ISD, where project management skills were utilized to integrate technology into curricula and provide technical support. Joshua holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Boise State University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from Hardin-Simmons University.
