Tuncer Ozerbil is an experienced professional in the fields of geographic information systems (GIS) and corporate strategy, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Strategy at ESC Engineering since June 2021. Previous roles include 3D Mapping & GIS Manager at BİMTAŞ and GIS Manager at GEOGIS, where responsibilities included managing GIS and 3D city modeling projects. Tuncer Ozerbil has also served as the Country Manager for what3words and held various positions within the Turkish General Command of Mapping, progressing from Cartography Officer to Branch Chief of Domestic Affairs. Tuncer Ozerbil possesses a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and a Bachelor of Science in Geodesy & Photogrammetry Engineering from the Turkish Military Academy.
