Sorcha D. is currently working at ESB Networks as the Employee Engagement & Internal Communications Lead. Prior to this, Sorcha worked at ESB in various roles such as Change Lead Smart Working Programme and Change Management Specialist. With a background in Business & Organisational Psychology and Safety & Health at Work, Sorcha has been a part of ESB Networks since their apprenticeship as a Network Technician.
