Lauren Richter is an experienced energy consultant currently serving as a Senior Energy Consultant at SunPower by esaSolar since November 2020. Prior to this position, Lauren held the role of Senior Solar Consultant at SunPower by Hooked on Solar from April 2013 to November 2020, contributing to the company's recognition as dealer of the year on multiple occasions. Earlier career achievements include promotions at Paramount Solar, where Lauren was a Solar Savings Advisor, and success in lead generation as a Solar Legacy Account Manager at Paramount Equity. Additionally, Lauren has a background in education, having served as an ABA Therapy Tutor and Mentor, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Jessup University and UC Irvine, along with an Associate's degree in Social Psychology from Santa Barbara City College.
