Arnold Mindell is a prominent figure in the field of psychology and research, serving as the Developer of Process Oriented Psychology at the Processwork Institute in Portland, Oregon since September 1980. Mindell has been involved with Process Oriented Psychology since 1968, acting as its discoverer and main teacher, and processes for helping individuals and groups realize their potential. As a main teacher at the Esalen Institute from 1987 to 1990, Mindell expanded educational outreach. Additional experience includes roles as a Jungian Analyst, a training analyst, and significant contributions in research at various prestigious institutions including Sulzer AG and M.I.T. Mindell holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Psychology from Union Institute & University and Master of Science degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
