Alison Raby is the founder and CEO of Mariposa Search, a boutique executive search and consulting firm established in 1999 that specializes in culture transformation, worksite wellness, diversity and inclusion, executive coaching, and leadership development. As co-founder of Digital Raign since June 2016, Alison oversees an XR-focused human capital services firm serving emerging technology industries. Additionally, Alison serves as a Program Ambassador for the Esalen Institute, an Advisory Board Member for the Virtual World Society and NewPathVR, and previously held advisory roles with the Inspiration Campaign and Wisdom 2.0 Women. Alison holds a bachelor's degree in Holistic Health and Philosophy from DePaul University and has been instrumental in organizing industry conferences and events, advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and fostering leadership development within various organizations.
