Kurt Widhalm is a financial professional currently serving as the Head of Credit Underwriting Real Estate and Head of Commercial Real Estate Analysis at Erste Group Bank AG since August 2016, focusing on real estate valuation, project assessments, and market research. Previously, Kurt was the Head of Real Estate Research Department at Erste Group Immorent from September 2011 to July 2016, where responsibilities included market research and location analysis. Kurt's early career includes roles in Strategic Risk Management at Erste Group Bank AG and an internship at C-Quadrat Investment Group, as well as a position in Risk Management at UniCredit Bank Austria AG. Kurt holds a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre and a Diplom in Wirtschaft und Recht from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), and also attended Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
