Ma Blume has extensive experience in the financial and regulatory sectors, currently serving as the Head of Regulatory Advisory and Markets Legal as well as the Head of Regulatory Compliance at Erste Group Bank AG since January 2006. Prior to this, Ma Blume worked at FMA Finanzmarktaufsicht Österreich from April 2002 to December 2005 in a public service role. Academically, Ma Blume holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Vienna and completed secondary education at Schottengymnasium, graduating with a Matura in June 1988.
