Sladjana Markovic is a seasoned professional in the banking sector with a strong focus on digital banking solutions and product development. Currently serving as Senior Expert for Digital Banking Solutions at Erste Banka Srbija since December 2022, Sladjana previously held various roles at OTP banka Srbija, including Deposit, Accounts and Payments Advisor, where significant projects such as client video identification and online sales product implementation were led. Prior experience includes roles at Vojvodjanska banka and OTP Bank, focusing on product and process development, integration projects, and banking efficiency improvements. Sladjana holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Novi Sad.
