Rita Futrell is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and PeopleSoft consulting. Currently serving as a Peoplesoft Functional Consultant at ERPA since September 2021, Rita has previously held significant roles, including Practice Director at Highstreet IT Solutions LLC from February 1998 to February 2019, and PeopleSoft Consultant at Litton/PRC from April 1996 to January 1998. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Benefits Specialist at the National Academy of Sciences from October 1983 to April 1996 and Benefits Manager at Temple University Hospital from 1979 to October 1983. Rita holds a Master of Divinity in Practical Theology from Regent University (2002-2010), a Master of Education from Temple University (1979-1983), and a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric & Communications from the University of Pittsburgh (1971-1975).
