Joyson Richard Albuquerque, Assoc. CIPD, serves as the Head of Human Resources and Administration at Eros Group since November 2021. Bringing extensive experience in human resources, Joyson previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Restaurant Secrets Inc for a brief period in early 2020 and at Nestlé Waters from May 2008 to February 2020, where a strong focus on people strategies enhanced employee attraction, development, and retention. Prior roles include Team Leader at WNS Global Services from December 2005 to March 2008 and Team Leader at HDFC Bank from March 2002 to March 2004, alongside earlier experience as a Customer Service Associate at GTL Limited and Senior Sales Executive at State Bank of India. Joyson holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian School of Management & Studies and a BCom from Delhi University.
