John Smallwood has extensive experience in security and customer service, currently serving in a security role at ERMC since February 2009 and as a Customer Service Advisor for Kiawah Island Community Association since April 1994. Previous experience includes working with Bullet Deliveries in Charleston, S.C. from January 1984 to February 1994 and serving as a Torpedoman in the US Navy from February 1978 to February 1984. John Smallwood holds a diploma in general studies from St. Andrews Parish High School, obtained between 1973 and 1977.
