Samantha Bouzan is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in internal and external communications. Currently serving as Communications Director for ERM, a position held since 2004, Samantha has played a pivotal role in establishing internal communications that enhance employee engagement across a global workforce of over 8,500. Previous roles at ERM include Global Communications Manager and Communications Manager, focusing on internal knowledge sharing and annual report production. Prior to joining ERM, Samantha served as Press and PR Officer at Mid Sussex District Council, Press Officer at Ambassador Theatre Group, Arts Correspondent at Trinity Mirror Southern, Assistant Editor at Ethical Publications, and Journalist at Surrey and South London Newspapers. Academic qualifications include a BA Hons in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Leeds and a National Certificate from NCTJ, complemented by professional training from CEB and Melcrum.
