Carly Sibilia is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in biodiversity and technical consulting. Currently serving as a Principal Technical Consultant and previously as a Technical Managing Consultant at ERM, Carly has developed expertise in environmental management. Past roles include Associate Biodiversity Scientist, Environmental Technician at Mott MacDonald, and various academic positions such as Research Assistant and Writing Consultant at the University of Richmond. Carly also gained practical experience as a Biological Technician with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and interned with the Great Bay Terrapin Project at the Conserve Wildlife Foundation of New Jersey. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Biodiversity from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Richmond.
