Zoltán Literáti serves as the Country Manager at Erlang Solutions Ltd. since January 2017, leading multiple projects across diverse industry sectors including banking and telecoms. Previously, Zoltán held the position of Head of Feature Development Center at Ericsson from 2008 to January 2017, where responsibilities included leading a team of 180 across Budapest and Bangalore, focusing on converged core products. Zoltán's prior roles at Ericsson also included R&D Unit Manager, overseeing media plane product development, and Section Manager, facilitating agile methodologies within software development teams. Zoltán started at Ericsson Hungary as Section Manager and Sub-Project Manager from 2004 to 2007, managing external resources and subsystem operations. Zoltán holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca, completed in 1995.
