Nila Mathivanan, CHRL, has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked in various roles such as Human Resources Supervisor, Human Resources Coordinator, and Recruitment Assistant at companies including ErinoakKids Centre for Treatment and Development, CNIB, Toronto Public Library, and Toronto Hydro. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Business Communication from Ryerson University, Nila is currently the People and Culture Manager at ErinoakKids, where Nila oversees functions such as recruitment, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
