Casper Swennenhuis is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in managing teams and projects within various sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Factory Engineering at VDL Enabling Technologies Group since May 2018, Casper oversees an engineering department comprised of 25-30 professionals. Prior roles include Project Lead Tech and Quality Engineer at ProCeed from 2011 to 2015, focusing on consultancy services in the healthcare industry with an emphasis on marketing, business development, and innovation management. Additionally, Casper has served as a teaching assistant at Lyceo, where responsibilities included instructing high school students in Physics and Economics. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Production Engineering & Logistics from Delft University of Technology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution and further studies at Politecnico di Milano.
