Lisa Gerritsen is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, payroll administration, and project management. Currently serving as an HRIS-specialist at ERIKS Nederland since May 2022, Lisa previously held roles including HR & Payroll Coordinator at BlueCielo ECM Solutions and HR & Talent Professional at Zoover Media BV. Lisa's expertise spans across various responsibilities such as policy updates, contract management, onboarding coordination, metrics reporting, and quality process support in multiple organizations. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Leiden and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Leiden University, complemented by relevant internships in HR consultancy and addiction care.
