Jochem Dane began their work experience in 2012 as a Maintenance Internship at Vopak. In 2014, they became a Graduate Intern at Heerema Fabrication Group before transitioning to a Support Employee role at Bouwbedrijf Quant Zierikzee B.V. In 2014, they also joined Econosto as an Inside Sales Engineer, and later became an Application Engineer (Outside Sales). Since 2018, Dane has been working at ERIKS Nederland, first as an Accountmanager and currently as a Teamleader sales.

Jochem Dane attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. In addition to their formal education, Jochem has also pursued various certifications. In 2016, they completed a course on Personal Development at Krauthammer. Later in 2017, they obtained a certification in Basis Installatietechniek from Avans+ and became an Expert in Sales through Kenneth Smit.
