Vivek Varshney, PMP, has over two decades of experience in project and delivery management within the telecom sector, currently serving as Head of Fulfillment & Inventory Management at Ericsson since September 2014, leading a team of over 100 members while overseeing financials and competency development across multiple accounts. Previous roles include Senior Delivery Manager, Senior Manager - Transition & Transformation, and Senior Manager, focusing on managing PMO operations, transitioning projects in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Mediterranean, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in the Middle East and Africa. Prior to Ericsson, experience includes a Project Manager/Delivery Manager role at Sopra Group, managing transitions for prominent clients, and an Associate Project Manager position at Globalcase Technologies, focusing on delivery management and compliance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
