Tahir Mahmood is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications, primarily with Ericsson from April 2006 to the present, where roles have included Program Director and Operations Director. Responsibilities encompass overseeing the operations organization, managing customer and stakeholder relationships at C-level, and driving operational excellence in the RAN domain. Previous positions include Head of Network, managing service delivery and compliance, and Head of Design & Optimization, focusing on network quality and strategy. Prior to Ericsson, Tahir held various roles in different organizations, emphasizing technology strategy and vendor evaluation. Tahir holds a Master's degree in Communications Technology from Ulm University and recently completed a program in Artificial Intelligence for Business Leaders at MIT Sloan School of Management.
