Sion Khalaf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and technical management, currently serving as Customer Support Group Manager at Personetics since August 2019 and as T2 Support Manager at MediaKind since July 2018. With a strong background at Ericsson in customer support management roles from January 2014, Sion has successfully managed multi-million dollar projects in the telecommunications sector, particularly within the CIS region and Russia.
