Roula Tayan has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as an Information Technology Business Partner and Head of IT for the Middle East North at Ericsson since 2000. In this role, Roula leads a team responsible for Enterprise IT solutions and site IT operations across 17 countries, catering to approximately 4,500 users. Roula has driven significant IT transition and transformation initiatives that enhance business performance, reduce operational costs, and improve security compliance. Previous positions at Ericsson include Regional Head of IT for the Middle East, IT Delivery Manager for Operations, Site IT Manager, Partner Performance Manager, and Application Support. Prior experience includes the role of IT Systems Engineer at El Haceb. Roula holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
