Jandson Santana is an experienced professional in telecommunications and network engineering, currently serving as a PIDS Developer and Cloud Customer Solution Expert at Ericsson since January 2004. Responsibilities include supporting the Ericsson Cloud Execution Environment based on OpenStack and Kubernetes, managing 5G core nodes, implementing virtualized labs, and ensuring network operations with a 24x7 on-call commitment. Previous roles encompass extensive support for mobile networks (GPRS, WCDMA, LTE), Wi-Fi and ADSL solutions, along with expertise in various routing protocols and network security. Jandson holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Marketing Management degree from FAAP, supplemented by early experience in support analysis and electrical engineering.
