Amr Reda is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in managed services and operations across leading companies in the industry. Currently serving as the Head of Egypt MS Service Line and Head of Field Service Operations at Ericsson since May 2022, Amr has previously held pivotal roles at Huawei Technologies Egypt, including Head Of Managed Services and Director Managed Services. Amr's career also includes significant management positions at Koryolink Orascom Telecom Subsidiary and various roles at Huawei, where responsibilities ranged from network rollout and capacity management to operational leadership. A graduate of Alexandria University with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering, Amr's extensive experience encompasses strategic development, team management, and technical operations in diverse settings within the telecommunications sector.
