Slaven Brcic is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Manager of Customer Support at Ericsson Nikola Tesla since October 2010. Brcic has held various leadership roles, including Service Delivery Manager and Domain Manager for Broadband Networks in Croatia, as well as Department Manager for Mobile Switching. Prior to this, Brcic worked at Ericsson Nikola Tesla from October 2000 to October 2010 as Section Manager for Mobile Core and System Engineer. Brcic holds a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Zagreb, completed in 2007, and a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the same institution, earned in 2000. Early education was obtained at Gimnazija Livno, graduating in 1995.
