Patricia Walrecht is an experienced professional with a strong background in coordination, recruitment, and management. Since October 2014, Patricia has served as a Facilitair coördinator at Ergon. Prior to this, Patricia worked as a Consultant/Recruiter at Fit2Work from June 2008 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing job seeker registrations, client interactions, recruitment, and personnel administration. Patricia also held the position of Manager at Fit4Free from February 2007 to June 2008, overseeing personnel planning, and served as a Bedrijfsleider at Playerz Dinner Dance from 2004 to 2007, focusing on employee motivation. Educational qualifications include a degree in Hotel Management from De Rooi Pannen (1998-2001) and studies in Communication at Fontys Hogescholen (2001-2003).
