Ellen Rejaan has extensive experience in the field of career coaching and reintegration, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a job coach and detacheringconsulent at Ergon since February 2005, Ellen has also held roles as a Werkadviseur/consulent at IWA reintegratiebedrijf from January 2003 to January 2005 and as a consulent at Arbeidsvoorziening from April 1988 to January 2003, specializing in unemployment reorientation projects. Additionally, from 1993 to 2000, Ellen worked as a Toeleider at STAP, focusing on guiding individuals facing challenges in the job market. Education includes training in BW/IVB at Combo Consultancy (2007-2008), a degree from the Sociale Academie (1982-1986), and MEAO studies (1978-1982).
