Busra Zararsiz is currently a Trajectcoach at Ergon since August 2023, following a diverse career in financial and coaching roles. Previously, Busra worked at ZEKER Financiële Zorgverlening as an Assistent bewindvoerder from August 2019 to August 2023, and served as a Mentor at UBV Coaching from May 2021 to April 2023. Additionally, Busra gained HR experience as an HR-stagiair at Waterschapsbedrijf Limburg from August 2022 to January 2023 and held the position of Commercieel medewerker at Budget Thuis from July 2019 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes working at HEMA as an employee from May 2016 to August 2019. Busra is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, expected to graduate in June 2024, after completing studies at Summa from 2017 to 2019.
