Brian Elmer is an experienced energy management professional with a strong background in renewable energy and sustainability. Currently serving as Manager of Tariff Trials and Deployment at Energy Queensland since January 2023, Brian has also held various managerial roles at Ergon Energy since May 2011, including Manager of Residential and Small to Medium Enterprises and Customer and Community Projects Manager. Prior to Ergon Energy, Brian was the General Manager of the successful Alice Solar City project and held roles within the Environmental Protection Agency focused on sustainable technologies. Brian's early career included managing the Scottish Renewables initiative with the Energy Saving Trust. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Griffith University.
