Lexi Engelbart is an experienced product manager with a strong background in retail and product development. Currently serving as Product Manager for Cooling PPE, Shelters, and Sunscreen at Ergodyne since May 2023, Lexi previously held the position of Senior Product Manager at Wild Marketing Group, where significant sales orders and quality assurance protocols were implemented. Lexi has also contributed to product strategy and growth at PowerCycle and Kohl's, where digital sales performance and cost reductions were notable achievements. Lexi's early career included roles in sales and sourcing at ANN INC. and administrative support at the North Dakota Center for Tobacco Prevention and Control Policy. Lexi holds degrees in Retail Merchandising and Apparel and Fashion Merchandising from the University of Minnesota and North Dakota State University.
