Jennifer Fischer is an experienced professional in People Operations with a strong background in talent management and HR functions. Jennifer has held various titles at Ergodyne since March 2019, including Associate Director, Senior People Operations Manager, and People Operations Manager. Prior to Ergodyne, Jennifer served as Director of Talent & People at Total Expert and worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Field Nation, where the role focused on high-volume hiring. Additional experience includes positions as HR Coordinator at Gravie, Recruiter and Account Executive at EMPULSE Co., and Employment Counselor at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Relations from St. Cloud State University.
