Eder Santos is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Erewhon since July 2019, Eder previously held the positions of Human Resources Coordinator at Erewhon, Recruiter at Clean Initiative from January 2019 to May 2019, and Human Resources Expert at Target from July 2015 to January 2019. Eder holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from California State University, Long Beach, obtained in 2018, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the same institution, completed in 2018. Eder's educational journey began at Santa Monica College, where studies were pursued from 2013 to 2016.
