Greg Markvluwer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate development and finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Development at ERDMAN since October 2019, Greg focuses on creating engaging environments for Senior Living while offering investment opportunities for family offices and private equity investors. As a Board Member at the National Christian Foundation since January 2012, Greg aids donors in developing effective giving strategies. Previously, Greg held key leadership roles at Granger Group, serving as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of Development & Finance from April 2000 to October 2019. Educationally, Greg holds an MBA in Finance from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Calvin University.
