Caleb L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development. Currently serving as the Employee Training Lead at ERCOT since September 2024, Caleb previously held the role of Director of Learning and Development at Pathfinder Hospitality, overseeing learning initiatives and talent management for a workforce of over 350 employees. Prior to that, Caleb spent over a decade at Visa, progressing through roles including Training Manager, Associate Manager, and Customer Service Team Lead, where responsibilities included developing training strategies for over 1,000 clients and leading teams through organizational changes. Caleb’s career began at Teleperformance as a Customer Service Team Lead. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Governors University, as well as an Associate of Science degree from Utah Valley University.
