Annette Ainsbury

Director, Learning And Succession Planning at ERCO Worldwide

Annette Ainsbury has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Annette started their career at Navicom Inc. in 1992, where they served as a Senior Account Manager until 2005. In 2004, they joined Corus Entertainment, initially working as a Manager of Special Projects, focusing on workflow improvement, automation, and policy updates, as well as developing training for staff. Annette then moved on to become the Director of Learning and Development, where they developed and delivered management and staff training, managed assessments and succession planning, and supported change management initiatives until 2016. In 2017, Annette joined ERCO Worldwide as the Director of Learning and Succession Planning, responsible for establishing and managing succession planning, delivering internal training programs, and providing guidance on change initiatives. Throughout their career, Annette has displayed leadership skills, successfully leading a team of learning and succession professionals at ERCO Worldwide. Annette also had a brief stint as a consultant at Annette Ainsbury Consulting in 2005, specializing in market research, training, and communications.

Annette Ainsbury received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from the University of Toronto from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they studied English at Western University from 1985 to 1987. In 2012, Annette pursued a Coaching Certification in Corporate Coaching from the International Coach Academy, completing the program in 2015. Annette later obtained a Certification from Hogan Leadership Assessments in 2017.
