Tessa Janssen is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at The Erb Group of Companies since April 2019. Tessa has held various roles within the organization, including Recruitment Supervisor, Human Resources Business Partner, and Corporate Recruiter. Prior to joining The Erb Group, Tessa worked at the City of Waterloo from 2014 to 2020, contributing to the Facilities and Parks departments. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Human Resources from the University of Guelph, completed in 2018, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Conestoga College, obtained in 2019.
