Sheldon Wheeler, CDS, has extensive experience in transportation management, currently serving as Terminal Manager and Director of Safety and Compliance at The Erb Group since January 2018. In this role, Sheldon supports and manages Driver Services, focusing on staffing, operational efficiencies, and compliance training. Previous positions include the Corporate Driver Services and Fleet Safety Manager, Corporate Training Manager, and Driver Supervisor. Prior experience includes roles as Resident Delivery Driver at Panera Bread, Fleet Supervisor at Tim Hortons, and Fleet Supervisor at Canadian Tire, where responsibilities included supervising large teams of drivers and ensuring efficient operations.
