Guillaume Fumeaux is a cybersecurity specialist currently employed by the Etat de Vaud, responsible for defining the canton’s cybersecurity strategy, establishing minimal standards, managing the cybersecurity mobile application and website, ensuring compliance with the new LSI law, and organizing cybersecurity events since November 2023. Previously, Guillaume served as a Cyber Security Analyst at SICPA from June 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included incident detection and response, leading the mobile/EoT security program, developing SOC policies, and creating a ransomware incident response playbook. Additional roles include leadership positions in the establishment of Security Operations Centers (SOC) and experience at Kudelski Security as a Cybersecurity Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in network security from Linnaeus University and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications specialized in network and security from the School of Engineering and Architecture of Fribourg.
