Nick Stemmet is a finance intern at ERA Partners LLC and a licensee with the California Department of Real Estate, both positions held since May 2024. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, Nick has accumulated diverse experience including serving as a financial analyst at Zinnia Health and founding both the Stanford NIL Collective, a non-profit aimed at providing employment opportunities within a Name Image and Likeness collective, and Shop Dorms. Additionally, Nick has experience as a representative for the Wrestlers In Business Network - SC Chapter, and has previously worked as a sales development representative at airSlate and a market research analyst at Alta. From 2016 to 2020, Nick founded FOX LANDSCAPING, INCORPORATED, showcasing a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
