Vince Joy is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Design Lead at Era Finance since December 2024, Vince previously held multiple roles at Stripe from February 2021 to December 2024, including Staff Designer in Design Systems and Product Designer. Additional experience includes serving as Staff Brand Designer at Abstract from April 2019 to February 2021, Senior Brand Design Manager at Mozilla from November 2017 to April 2019, and Product Design Lead at Planetary from May 2016 to November 2017. Earlier in the career, Vince held the position of Design Lead at CreativeMornings from May 2015 to May 2016 and worked as a Senior Designer at Compass from November 2013 to May 2015. Vince Joy earned a degree from the College for Creative Studies from 2005 to 2009.
