Gina Lidster is an accomplished Chief People Officer at ER2 since November 2017, with previous experience as Director of HR & Engagement. Prior to this, Gina served as Behavioral Health Clinical Coordinator at the Arizona Department of Child Safety, where responsibilities included facilitating consultations, tracking trends, and coordinating care plans. Gina's career also includes roles such as High Needs Case Manager at Southwest Network and Marketing Assistant at Brown and Brown Insurance. Gina holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Grand Canyon University, along with additional education from Saginaw Valley State University.
