Manasi Gandhi is a legal professional with extensive experience in securities law and corporate services. Currently serving as Counsel at EquityZen since November 2021, Manasi previously worked as a Junior Securities Attorney with Lawtrades and held various roles at LicenseLogix, including Senior Research Analyst and Account Manager. Manasi began a career at Khaitan & Co as an Associate in the General Corporate team, with additional experience in the Securities and Capital Markets, Funds and Investment Structuring, and Litigation teams.
