Michele Buchignani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and advisory roles. Currently serving as an Independent Investment Committee Member at RCF Jolimont since September 2020, and a Board Member at both TSX Trust and Westport Fuel Systems since August 2019 and September 2017, respectively, Michele also provides consulting services to private equity fund managers through McLean Drive Partners since May 2009. Additional board commitments include positions at Dane Creek Capital Corp. (2021-2024), Copper Mountain Mining Corp. (2019-2023), White House Design Company Inc. (2015-2020), and The Fraser Institute (2016-2020). Education includes a Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a JD from the University of Toronto, and a BA in English (Honours) from the University of British Columbia. Past leadership includes serving as Past Chair of the Alzheimer Society of British Columbia from 2014 to 2018.
