Michael Landa, CPA, CA, CIA, is a highly skilled internal auditor currently serving as the Chief Internal Auditor for the Canadian Depository for Securities Limited, Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation, and TSX Trust since 2023. Additionally, Michael holds the position of Interim Chief Internal Auditor at TMX Group, where they have also worked as Interim VP. With prior experience as an Assurance Senior at MSCM LLP and a Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young, Michael has demonstrated expertise in managing audits and leading teams. Michael earned a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and holds a B.Comm in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
