Endiaz Ludia Arsanto is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Equity Life Indonesia since August 2019. Previously, Endiaz held the position of IT Application Development Manager at PT Chubb Life Insurance Indonesia from March 2012 to August 2019, managing a development team and overseeing project delivery using JIRA. Earlier roles included Java Developer at PT Artindo Design, Senior Java Developer at PT MNC Finance and Midas Solusi Utama, and Developer at PT Hacart. Endiaz possesses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Trisakti University, obtained between 1996 and 2001.
