Ms. Szymanski serves as the Director of Practices at E2G | The Equity Engineering Group, Inc. She has a varied background primarily in banking and mortgage lending. Her experience includes the Six Sigma approach to process improvement and directing the development and execution of business analysis, training, and quality review.

Ms. Szymanski’s focus within E2G is ensuring the quality of the Practices documentation and the Website delivery for the clients. She is also responsible for keeping E2G’s Practices community users aware of changes and updates throughout the year as they pertain to Codes, Standards, and Best Practices within the industry.
