Lavina Tan serves as the Regional Vice President at Canada Protection Plan, a role held since December 2020. With a diverse background in the financial services industry, Lavina has also contributed as a Regional Sales Director at iA Financial Group and as a Sales Support Associate at Canada Life. Prior experience includes a position as a Corporate Account Executive at Flying Fresh Air Freight Cargo, where the company became a leading perishable freight forwarder in Canada. In addition to financial roles, Lavina has been working as a freelance emcee since March 2013, hosting various events such as business conferences and weddings. Lavina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Finance from Simon Fraser University, complemented by earlier education at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
